At least now with these two figures having been developed at the same time they will look like the same guy, there'll be more consistency between them - for those of us who may have been bothered by the fact that DX10 and DX13 looked very different from eachother with entirely differently shaped heads and so on.
We'll be able to actually display these two side by side without it looking weird!

Despite some flaws I think figure looks still amazing. My parents were obsessed when I was a kid, my mom even bought some original photo of T800 in Moscow and we have it framed. I can’t pretend I’m a hugest Terminator fan but love Arnold and I’d love to have him in my collection. Legendary Steve Reeves and Arnold motivated me to hit the gym and change my lifestyle. Parents gonna go crazy when they see this figure😂Selling out pretty quickly on BBTS.

Is it me or HT is constantly in difficulty with their 2.0 figures?
I mean like Batman 89, the sculpt is weaker on the new one…😕

No, I think all three of these terminator 2.0's improve upon the previous versions by quite a bit. The latest DK Joker and Darth Maul are also great upgrades.

Yeah got my order in. There's plenty here to get excited about and as @a-dev has pointed out this and the BD will look great together.

Now my only issue I have is what kind of display I'm going to go with. Since I don't care for the glasses I'm thinking of doing the Mini-Gun Cyber Dyne shoot out. Or use the gas grenade launcher that comes with the BD and do a display with that? Or since I have the T-1000 2.0 (my first time getting a T-1000) do I do a showdown with them facing off?

Many options!

Do you know of any HT muscle bodies with ball jointed shoulders and double jointed elbows? I'm not very well-versed in HT bodies anymore.

Some of the poses do suggest double-jointed elbows to me, other than the Endo arm of course.
You’re right, maybe it’s just the endo-arm 🤔

As far as muscle bodies with double jointed arms that are using a ball joint instead of the typical mushroom peg, can’t say I know of any that I’ve handled in the last couple of years. But, having said that, it’s an easy change for HT to make if they want to.

They’ve done it before, sort of. For instance, Concept Captain America has the same arms as the OT Darth Vader/Man of Steel bodies, but the mushroom peg is different on it (thicker I think) vs the Vader ones if I’m remembering correctly from the last time I disassembled one.

Still convinced it would look so much better with the head and neck as one piece.
But doesn't that effectively kill head articulation?

F-that, right?

I'm thankful the kneck seem on figs doesn't ever trigger me. I definitely understand it, tho.

I'd be very surprised if Edward Furlong granted rights to his likeness. I've nothing to base this on but the lack of young John figures with it and his attitude about being a failed child star.

I feel like he just took his ball and went home.
IIRC, NECA released a John Conner figure so Eddie Furlong had granted his likeness before and I think he’s attended some panels at cons before.

I have that con exclusive John/bike set from when I used to collect 1/12.

They absolutely did not use his likeness on that figure. You can tell who it's supposed to resemble but it's not a straight up use of actual likeness.
