Unless this guy gives an academy award winning performance I don't think this one will be making it's way into my collection. Looks nice but don't care about the character enough to want one.

Hmm, I don't know...

The picture Hot Toys released with the left side of his head showing is just awesome... These new pictures look kinda... I don't know... plain maybe.

But then again, maybe it's just these photo's. There is a "Prototype/Final product may vary" disclaimer in the top right corner of the first photo.
So I will wait on the official photo's from Hot Toys, before I decide if this guy will make it into my collection or not.

But nice work finding these photo's. Now we at least have an idea about the accessories, clothing and headsculpts.

He kinda looks like a body-builder who only works on his arms. His arms look very muscular but the chest is way too thin.

The pic with the full coat looks great, the one without the coat is admittedly too thin looking. And I see more of the likeness in the non-exposed head than in the exposed one...

you dont care about the character? have u seen the film yet?

those who have seen the film said the film belongs to marcus, not bale. and you're taking too much stock in academy award. most iconic screen characters are not oscar winners.

i think by now, we all know that hottoys is capable of so much better than that silly looking waste of plastic above.

this is joker v1 all over again. be idiots and buy this version. i'm waiting for marcus v2 or marcus dx.

I must say that he looks way better then I first expected after seeing the other photo's earlier today.

Now I can see that there is likeness.

The photo where he's staring right at the camera with his battle damaged face looks really like the scene in the trailer where he says: "I'm your only hope." (Or something like that) Especially his left eye looks just like in the trailer IMO.

His body looks a bit thin though, but with the jackets on, that won't be much of a problem I think. But no endo hand?

I think the detail in the sculpt is great. But from what I have seen on the trailers, it does not have a very good likeness. Maybe I will change my mind after seeing the film in full.

I bought one today. Probably will come next week. Can't wait to pose him up with John Connor.
