After watching reviews for the movie this might be something I’d be interested in lol.

I thought Pattinson was good in The Lighthouse. I’m curious to see how he does as Batman.

By all accounts the colour palette of The Batman might as well be black and white, just like The Lighthouse.
Pattinson is a great actor, but is underrated because he was in Twillight (which deserves all the scorn!)

Last thing I was expecting to see in a thread about a Batman action figure… guys you all have valid opinions but it’s not really what most of us want to see as we get enough of that from the news and social media.

sorry to the guys who won’t get to see this film in the cinema but it will be out for home release before we know it!

So what are we thinking, figure drop before the weekend or is this going to be one of the ones where they make us really wait? Great comments coming from those who have seen it but I think at this point I may try to go dark to avoid spoilers!

I would think no later than early next week but speculating when it comes to hot toys is a crowded field and nobody is any good at it

Hard to work up much enthusiasm for pre-orders these days.

It's a good week to drop a PO for the figure and Bike set even if I won't bother until it gets released in HK. Some of us might even get it just in time for Xmas 2023

Lol - as a PSA though, people need to understand that a vaccine isn't a force field for keeping a virus out of your body. It mitigates what it does once it is within your system.

Now - Looking forward to this Bat. No release this week would = dumb HT.

Who knows but the backlog of figures overdue must be huge, especially now they've stopped releasing anything.

Troopers, Iron Man and Spider-Man repaints they can get out on time but anything new seems to take two years these days.

Wow - I remember when you could place a preorder and have it in hand in about 8-9 months.

I’d love to see shorter turnaround times on figures as well. Hot Toys puts way too many things on their plate and then we’re forced to wait while they clear the backlog while still adding new products.

At least that means I can go to the cinema this weekend and confirm that I’m willing to drop what I expect will amount to £350 on Patman and his bike. I’m almost hoping he doesn’t use the bike that much just so I can save a bit of cash- just for once… but I know that won’t be how things play out.

For me it’s going to have to be one impressive scene to tempt me on the bike - I have zero room for vehicles so if I did I would have picked up the Speeder Bike instead of just a RotJ Scout Trooper.

Only a few short days till the weekend now!

Yeah, I’ve always been a huge Batcycle fan over the Batmobile, but I have to say. This is my favorite looking one so far. Just love the muscle car design. It’s got a hint of 1989’s as far as the shape goes too. A great design overall.
