Ok so the connector (stick) for my right handle bar is too tight, but the clip that holds the handle bar up is just nice, perfect.

However, for my left handle bar, the stick connector fits well, but the clip that holds the handle bar is too loose; the handle bar just cannot stay upright. :gah:

Anyone has any ideas how I can possibly fix the latter issue? Obviously not looking at permanent solutions (e.g. super glue), but blu-tack doesn't seem to work, and not to mention a piece of tack there isn't exactly pleasing.

Oh boy! Having dealt with QC issues with my Tumbler and now reading about some QC issues on the Bat-Pod does not sit well with me. :slap

I just got a shipping notice for mine from AE yesterday. Fingers crossed mine is fine out of the box.

Just got my notice too and they charged my card. Says I should have tracking info tomorrow. I'm guessing I should have it Monday since I'm just a few hours from AE. But I am concerned about some of the QC issues too...:slap

Ok, tell me. What are the chances of this being a sham?

https://www.ebay.com/sch/131212/m.h...h=item27cd1eb349&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

The guy is selling a TON of batpods and tumblers (classic and camuflage) simultaneously. Some people are bidding, but the prices are so low (even on the "ending soon" listings), that they are clearly just testing the waters. The guy has a 100% feedback score, but from what I sumrised from the comments his buyers left him, this is the first time he is dealing in 1/6 figures (so far he's been dealing mostly in cheap braclets and beads).

Oh and its from china, so there's that.

Hmmm.
74 feedback selling items that all cost less than $5...
Be wary. Be very wary...

Just got my email and shipping notice, should be getting this bad boy sometime next week.

He bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and is selling them all at a loss :rotfl:rotfl:rotfl sounds legit :slap

100% - the dots you put down in your post don't even need joining, they're pretty much a continuous line spelling 'scam alert' :lol

What are the negatives if it turns out to be a scam? I've never actually had negative experiences with buying on ebay. Doesn't buyer protection pretty much guarantee you get your money back? Seems like it's worth a gamble to get a tumbler for $150 or a batpod for under $100. :dunno

It's not that simple. Such cases first go through Ebay resolution center. This can drag on and on, (the seller can be really uncooperative at this point), and in the end, it's up to Ebay to decide if fraud was really commited. That's not always possible to determine, if contact with the seller is poor.

Hmm. i've had people try to screw me on the selling side before saying they never received items and such and the more I looked into it the more it seems ebay has added more and more safeguards for buyers and taken away selling rights. Man, If I could get a Tumbler for that cheap I'm thinking it would be worth the gamble...are seller scams with Hot Toys in China common? I'm kinda assuming that maybe these are like factory defects or broken or something? It also says full returns accepted which is usually a good sign no?

Is it worth the gamble to spend $150 and get nothing?

The Camo Tumbler will not be out for months, so its had to sell broken defective things you do not have.

Also you only have 45 days to open a dispute with eBay, the shipping time for this is 35 days, with Paypal you only have 20 days after that your money is gone.

Save your money and buy from someone legit

Good call. Yeah I was considering it as I feel like I'll never get a Tumbler if it's going to cost me $500 but it's not worth losing money for nothing. I'll just watch the guy and see if more come up after he receives feedback.

If it's too good to be true, it is. Scammers count on people's willingness to take a risk to get a good deal. Avoid the headache all together. You may eventually get your money back, but it's a hassle. It's better to spend the money and avoid the headache.
