Damn, and I even considered doing that for a BD look. That body is way too puny with that coat.

It's really weird because as adev said and when you look at the comparaison pics of ttm20 vs 136 there us not much difference.
The head is not fully inserted on the neck that does not help.
Also in these pics the bd136 head look as big as the mms238 heads wich it's clearly not.

It would bug the **** out of me too. I'd rather spend more on a whole second boxed MMS136 then use the 238 to piece meal it together.

^ Yep, that's the way to go. Though the one upside to the 136 head on the 238 body is that the head no longer looks too small. Personally, I'm good with just one of each, 136 and 238, no part swapping. I was considering building a second 238 with my spare DX10 body, but I don't think this figure is worth having two on display. I'll just swap looks occasionally.

Right now I think I'm getting two 238's and I got my 136 coming in the mail. If my eBay sales go well, I'll try a second 136.

Great pics, love the evolution and the composition of the shots. Your full battle damaged version looks great in the old clothes.

That looks great King, jacket may be a bit cruder but looks more realistic in many ways. Cool pics too.

Finally got me two of these. Overall, not a bad figure, but what drives me up the wall are all the inconsistencies between Tech Noir and this version. Face sculpt, head size, pants color, boots, neck all different (for better or worse) makes it visually distracting to have them on the same shelf together. My biggest WTF is that they had a great likeness with the Tech Noir damaged head. Why couldn't they just modify that same sculpt for both of these heads? And somewhere between figures productions, 1/6 Arnold got a good tan. Annoying! By themselves though, pretty nice looking figures.

Overall visual impression, I think Tech Noir is a more imposing figure. In 1/6 scale the very slight difference in size of the head makes a huge difference. Tech Noir's head being leaner makes Arnold's body look bigger. Somehow neither BD head has that intense look like the Noir, but it may be mostly a brows and mouth issue. I'm thinking the pants and boots on the BD are more accurate though. Still an excellent figure the BD, and if I didn't have the Tech Noir to compare it to, I'd probably be completely satisfied with it. Wish the neck were thicker though.

I think the tech noir head is a bit undersized,while this is a bit oversized. I prefer the new figure overall by far though.

The size of the new arnie head may be a bit too big, but the body does look in proportion to the head even if the overall build looks a bit too small, while the tech noir just has a pea head when compared to the size of the body, arnold body or no, it just looks a bit tiny.

Love both figures though, now all I need is a die cast Endo and Reese, and my terminator collection is complete!

They will and I think they look better on that one than they do on MMS238. Small head/small boots > Massive head/small boots
