Bought my first Hot Toys 1:6 (sorry the photo doesn't do it justice) ... I'd just like to say, wow. The only Sideshow 1:6 I own is Nathan Drake, and this is just better in every respect. The detail of the clothing and the movable part weapons has thoroughly impressed me. And unlike the paint app on ND, Arnie doesn't look like he's been lying in a sunbed.

Honestly, I hadn't intended to buy anything 'high end' outside of Uncharted or The Last of Us (hopefully a quality PFF will come for the latter one day), but when I saw the John Matrix - Commando announcement, I just had to order it.. Then when this showed up as a 'Companion Product', I just couldn't help myself...

Got mine on Tuesday like you and was impressed, my first Hot Toy was in 2008 and I thought those were just on another level. On this second go around I love the feeling of seeing one of these pieces in person and still getting excited and impressed. Welcome to the club, I hope John Matrix isn't your last.

Some of the images are not loading for me but the leg bullet hole and the blood on the neck as well as the hole on the sleeve revealing his arm with the surgery done to it are simple but amazing customs. Great job Tominator.

Nice pics, DA. Just got my set of two, yesterday. Fantastic figures and am loving finally having this rendition of Terminator, along with those weapons (kinda like that HT confused the laser scope with a regular one by putting 'glass' at the end). Only thing that would totally complete this set would be if someone gets around to making clean and BD shirts for it that are just a touch larger than stock.

The extra weathering and damage makes it great. I was certain that I would get another for the battle damaged head and then bash a third for display with the Honda CB750, but I'm not so sure anymore. The BD head with the regular garb really looks kind of meh to me now that I have played around with it.

I don't know if its been discussed but I put some tape that came with the figure around the magazine on the machine gun (sorry don't know the name of it) near the top of the magazine to keep it from sliding off, its stuck in there good now and ain't sliding off no more.
