Thanks mate - Look forward to seeing yours. The great part about customizing is you never get 2 the same and you can create your own representation. Its a wonderful hobby!
Thanks, and thanks for the rep. One thing that is identical on mine is that bullet hole in his right thigh. Your friend and myself obviously looked at the exact same reference shot.

If I'm not mistaken it's a far away shot of his back, a close up of his boots and then a full body shot of his back as he limps into the cab of the truck so there's no really good pic to reference.Cheers a dev
Has anyone found a decent shot of the tanker scene terminAtor ie just before he climbs In the cab

You sure can follow logic, for accuracy you take customs already as a lead and take into account what you want on it, regarding dirt, scratches and all.
Hot Toys is definitely a step above Sideshow in the quality department. Welcome to the Hot Toys addiction, kiwi!
Got mine on Tuesday like you and was impressed, my first Hot Toy was in 2008 and I thought those were just on another level. On this second go around I love the feeling of seeing one of these pieces in person and still getting excited and impressed. Welcome to the club, I hope John Matrix isn't your last.
Thanks, Yankees! It's been a long wait, so really nice to finally have these in-hand.Congrats on the gets, kiwi, PC and Invictus!
You're welcome! Really appreciate people that take the time to pose and take pics. Thanks for the compliments and congrats on the pickup Sol!!! Also, thanks for all the rep too
Just finished customizing mine too.
Hit the colors on the first try, put a wee bit water to it, so that it better gets in the clothes.
For damage I just used my army knife, teared into boots, jacket and pants...not following logic how the tears look, I just used force and only on the places is where I followed the movie and accuracy...where the truck hit him, where he was dragged and all, but not too much. He´s supposed to look right, but just as dragged by a truck, put through the gears and stuff, but keeping it accurate, that´s why I used subtle dirt; graphite from my old draughtsmen pencil sharpener. That was absolutely perfect for it.
Really happy about the outcome and really sets apart the PS and full bd version.
Tomorrow a different shirt and will try the pattern on it. Should be a piece of cake.
Afterwards pics.
Sounds great, looking forward to photos of your work
