The figure definitely looks much better with the gargoyles on than without. Without it, the face just looks too young and doesn't have that menacing look.

Just got mine today. :)

Nice shot!

I should get this figure.I never regret any of my sales, but the Tech Noir figure is one I never should have let go :(

Hey, man. How the hell did you pop off the street part?
My fingers start to hurt and top of that I really fear to break it.
And before you ask: Screws are out...
:lol

All screws? The base has eight screws total (nine including the battery cover); four that hold the underside of the base, and once you remove that (you kind of have to move it to the side as the LED wires are in the way) you'll see another four screws that hold the road part to the rest of the base. You'll need to remove those and the road part should pop off fairly easily. if all eight screws are removed and the road section will not easily come off, use a knife to gently pry the road section off; if you do need to do that, I would suggest masking tape to stick on the base to protect it from scratches from the knife.

I did move my road section around 90 degrees and found it was a pain to get it to line up with the screwholes and it took some perseverance but got it screwed back in in the end :)

Great stuff space jockey, love the base, did you touch up the paint on the Full BD head, looks more Pale?

Excuse me, but how am I supposed to reach the other 4 screws? I can´t grab the underside and pull and I don´t have anything to pry between the little gaps.
How exactly did you do it?
oO

Yes I did; it wasn't a full repaint, just mixing up some color a touch paler than the existing sculpt with a bit of green and lightly drybrushing it onto the raised areas such as his nose and brow especially around the larger wounds, as the blood drains away from the skin. It makes him look more sickly. Around his left eye that was already exposed for a while before being hit by the truck so that are looks paler.
I then added a touch more blood on the neck area.
I also added drybrushing to his jacket and pants, after going over it with sandpaper in select areas. I managed to do up the zipper on the jacket after messing with it for a while ;-)
Boots were also lightly drybrushed.
Oh, I added the cut in his left ear, too.

Here are some reference pics...

Grab opposite sides of the base in each hand and lightly twist it in opposite directions. That's about all I can suggest...one corner should at least come free. :) Good Luck...

Grab the opposite sides of the base and twist? That would break it? I don´t get how to disassamble it, sorry.
That´s no viable explanation, I fear.
There´s just no surface to grab and twist, or pull, or whatever...
:(

Wow, I forgot how zombified Arnold looked towards the end of the first movie. Clearly Skynet found a way to avoid that pale sickly look with their next batch of Terminators. Lol
