Honestly being a big terminator fan I am actually a bit let down on this one! It's good - but it's no where close to dx13 on all counts. Just my personal view! Could have been a much much better release - t shirt, non girly legs and pants, may be a dio or so! I think the head sculpts are the savior other than that pretty ordinary!

You're right, pick any detail on the figure and there is something severly wrong about it. But I'm still contemplating getting another to use both sculpts. I just wish this would have been DX13 kind of great.

You're right, pick any detail on the figure and there is something severly wrong about it. But I'm still contemplating getting another to use both sculpts. I just wish this would have been DX13 kind of great.

I think HT purposely does not put heart and soul in terminator figures! I think they know they will revisit these! I mean this is a gold mine for them! Sucks but from a business standpoint a less than perfect figure is a window for a better one in future!
Not like they have "any" competition. None at all!

So 2 yrs down and you will see a v2 or some superset with tech noir and tanker combined! Who knows!

Having the Tech-Noir, DX10 & DX13, I was on the fence with released but when I saw it displayed at my collectable store it confirmed that I did not need it. What I did want from this release was the BD head and the base…..

Just display the head. This is a older picture and I have since put the “bloody eye” head sculpt back in the box.

The one example where too much head was no good!

I would definitely choose the Tech Noir above the mms238 anytime ... I don't know... The overall sculpt, body etcc from the 238 just isn't perfect

To be honest I don't think there is anything in the Hot Toys catalog that is DX 13!
