man I am so jelous on this Kyle collection, this is nuts man !!!! Can I share? So fkng .nice !!!!

With all this resent talk about Kyle Reese, its come to my attention that Hot Toys is now up to mms295 with there sand trooper from starwars, got me thinking that maybe mms300 or mms301 could be the long awaited T1 Kyle Reese we have all been asking for, it would be fitting as it was there first, MMS01:dunno

T'would be fantastic but, if not an Iron Man, I think it's more likely to be a Star Wars character...or maybe it's Ripley :dunno

It could very well be that too, considering they have shown a number of figures that have yet be get there MMS designation its only speculation, Avengers 2 Thor, Vision, Ripley and so on, it was just a thought:monkey3

Depends how big a deal they think ''MMS300'' is and how they want to use it.

On the one hand you've got their signature line which is Iron Man - you might think they'll want to affirm that with a benchmark number like 300.

Or will they think, Iron Man sells anyway, it doesn't need help and perhaps give some other character the honour and possible sales boost.

I can see it now, Kyle in his 84 gear, pipe bombs, sawed of shotgun, revolver, photo of Sarah and maybe even a diorama base with half of the T-800 at his feet!!! I'd be ok if it were MMS300 or even 301:lecture

It would be a great lead in release to the expected diecast 1/6 T1 endo, an upper torso of the endo included in the Reese Box-set made in plastic with light up eyes, I would pay 250 + for that!!

change the body and it fits the HT shelf excellent. his face sculpt is a lot closer to Reese than MMS238 to Schwarzenegger. the paint is very good. clothes are excellent, too, though a bit oversized, but it can be fixed (i'm too lazy yet).
and it's 100% better than any headsculpts going for the price of a complete figure by dchung.
............
wait. it's a terrible figure, don't even think getting one, let me stay the only one with a completed T1 collection :D
anyway, open the image in full screen (this board shrinks them) and check yourself. it's an amateur photo that shows everything simpler and worse than it is, so imagine how it really looks.

The Reese figure is quite nice. I agree with P.'s legitimate analysis.

Not the only one with a complete T1 collection. :), including Sarah and missing link T800.

It's ridiculous how often that has happened to me. Can you post pics of that Reese?

Yeah I put together a custom John Matrix then a week after finishing him HT announced an official fig.

:gah:

Never thought HT would make Commando figs, shows what I know.

I will put pics up on this thread of Dan's, Reese. I think I will try and put him on the HT Indy body.

I got a spare one I can use.

yep that's the only movie appearance that came to my mind and not to my shelf, but i really don't remember seeing it in any collection. would be nice to see how it was done by somebody. and the only thing we'd need would be another head, as the burned / injured punk has already been made several times.

it would be funny to just cut off and change places of two MMS136 scalps and cut the eyebrows :)

I posted this a good while ago. Still haven't gotten around to putting the holes and burns on the jacket.

nice, i wish somebody would make that custom for sell.
there are both MMS136 heads recasted and painted on ebay, pity the one who did it didn't think of a middle variant.
sent a message to the seller.
