If you were to compare what you get with this compared to what you get from a Danbury Mint model, like their all metal bodied 1/12 scale models with steering wheels that turn the front wheels, turning drive shafts, brake lights that light up by pushing the brake pedal down, hi/lo beam switch on the floorboards, working convertible top and removable hardtop, working headlights, taillights and turn signals, illuminated instrument cluster, removable wheels and brake drums, removable spare tire and bumper jack, upholstered seats and real carpeting, folding seats, opening trunk, doors, and hood with a fully detailed engine compartment all for $500, this Hot Toys shouldn't cost more than $300. Of course, people tend to get more emotional over superhero collectibles and companies like to prey on this, by making them pay a LOT more than what they would have to for anything else, because they know that emotions cause people to pay more for something than reason would dictate.
