Just got 501st from TBA (later batch) and looks like HT fixed the Battalion nameplate.

Seriously? Could you post a quick shot of that if it's not too much trouble?

Mine also landed today from TBA. Gotta check that name plate even though it won't be displayed.

If you bought your first 501st from HK with the messed up nameplate, buy second from Sideshow and say the base had a spelling mistake, get them to send you an extra base with correct text

As i had some time to check the box content, i can also confirm my TBA 501st has the corrected nameplate

If someone received a figure with the wrong nameplate from Sideshow, unfortunately they would just send you the corrected nameplate by itself. The original is to be peeled off and replaced by the customer, which is a bit of a pain.

Luckily I only had to get one Sith Trooper nameplate replaced out of the 6 ROTJ Stormtroopers I ordered.

Saved some time from my busy schedule to unbox it and snap a comparison shot with Sideshow v.1 and v.2.

First thought i'd have to ask for a replacement as right elbow only worked as a single joint. Luckily, managed to loosen the defective part after a careful operation. Tricky when joints are hidden under the suit.
