I padded the back but it had no affect on the front. Like a lot if figures, this one need some futzing.

I love all my Capts. I just wish they had offered a neutral head instead of strange open mouth one. I would live to have the face of Spangle with the head and hair of the Avengers.

I have 3 figures at least shipping within the next couple of weeks. They seem to come in spurts!

In addition to this Cap I've got Catwoman (should be across the border now to be picked up), Agent Phil Coulson (final flex on Tuesday), a Commander Bacara is on the way, and a HULK (soaring through the air)... not even counting the 1/6th Joker flex-pays that have started.

You do Robbie? The Spangle version and the Toy Fair rescue version are almost identical?

No not really. The rescue version is softer, has helmet hair, and in my opinion not painted nearly as well. I like it, but without the helmet, I think it looks odd.

Hey Robbie...can you describe what/how you did this?

To pad the back? Just unzip the back and pop the stars loose. Little bit of paper towel stuck in. Honestly only way you can tell, is looking at the back. It doesn't do a thing for what you see in the picture.

Hey Robbie, can you take a picture of Cap holding the round shield? I can't wait for my figure to arrive. This best represents the Cap of Old so I had to get it . I also picked up the Red Skull.

Sorry, but no. I hate switching out shields. I broke my first Capt shield putting it on.

Man, I'm having second thoughts now... I pre-ordered this to completely my Cap collection, but not having that smiling head sculpt like on the Coulson vintage card is really bothering me.... I feel like I should cancel and put the money to something else.

To me this is how the Original Cap looked so no hokey or corny smiley face for me. Glad I ordered this guy!

Despite the giant oversight on the part of HT for not including a smirking head, I think this piece came out great. I look forward to adding it with the rest of my Caps.
