Them not testing these arms and quality checking them is ridiculous really. Especially for the price. Red Reaiden will be the same I bet

because fans like you keep pushing companies to release the figure ASAP. companies delay their product release for a reason, but customers just don't have the patience.

I don't think its fair to blame anxious fans for defective products, that blame lays solely on the maker, this figure was delayed many times, can't remember off hand how long but had to be close to a year over due. Plenty of time to get it right I would think, I don't expect perfection and delays are common place with these figures, but making an action figure where the elbows come out of the box broken or break after a few bends is not something a company should give to its consumers, especially at 300+ dollars.

oh yeah, its our fault, your thinking is ridiculous. once again theres absolutely no rhyme or reason to your thought process, its constant diarrhea. you never stopped to think that this thing was delayed an extra 6 months at least, in that time his arms were never bent. they knew full well of the problem and never bothered to redesign the joint, they just hid it in marketing. we all knew there was going to be a problem but would never have know it until we bought the damn thing. im so tired of you on this forum, you contribute nothing but insanely stupid comments, just leave us all alone already, what you say is always some kind of *** or insult like you know everything. grow up. POTATO

Yes i agree. This is all uncannys fault :lecture

I'm sorry...but a multimillion dollar company like hot toys should be able to engineer a ratchet joint elbow that doesn't break after 15 clicks. They didn't exactly rush this figure out, and considering theres nothing technically innovative or advanced in this figure, there's really no reason for this widespread of an issue. They used less expensive materials to come in at the price point they deemed appropriate...Or they kept all the good ones for their country and shipped all the lemons out to other countries...this is a war of toys people. Hot toys has fired the first volley! :panic:

It's hilarious. He doesn't even collect figures, but he patronizes everyone any chance he gets.

Mods, please do us a favor and just ban potato already. There's a reason people keep reporting him, and absolutely no reason why these reports keep getting ignored by you guys.

Uhh, not sure what's going on with this thread but from my understanding, the figure comes with a broken elbow, am I correct?

Apologies for the dumb question, as this figure won't arrive here for another month so I haven't kept up with the thread.

Fans expect the figure to release on the date range scheduled by the company. If they need longer to perform adequate checks then they shouldn't give a date earlier than that for release and if they can't release within a certain time-frame expected in the industry they shouldn't be releasing too many products that suck up resources that could be spent on quality control

Apparently, the plastic joint in one of the elbows is susceptible to breakage. Mine's okay, but I think it'll be best to leave it in a static position. I'm in no mood for any unnecessary customizations :pow.

Wow i dodged a bullet not getting this like u guys did. Honestly i canceled cuz i had too much **** on PO and had to choose, but damn this is BAD! Well i can only hope a new batch comes out with no defects but i feel bad for u guys now who have it now.

This is one of the stupidest comments I have ever read on this forum.

So it is the fault of earthquake victims for been on the place where the earthquake occurred?

Go buy a brand new car and have it break down as soon as you get home from the dealership, then tell me it is your fault for rushing the company to give you the car as soon as possible.

And to nullify your claim of us rushing Hot Toys, this figure was supposed to be released on March. It started releasing in August and most of us just got it now on September, that is a 5-6 month delay. Enough time for them to realize the problem and fix it. They probably did realize, based on the unposed figure shown at all toy conventions, but they decided to not fix it.

Another thing, Hot Toys barely ever listens; I can only remember a few times where they have surprised everyone by listening. Adding the falcon to the Falconer Pred was one and changing Bruce Lee's body to a softer tone was the other.

Also, most of their figures are always delayed.

It is my first time seeing a comment from you in this forum and I already expect to read similar stupidities while you are still around. Even if you get banned, another stupidity like this and I know it is the same person behind such idiotic thinking.

Hot toys not seeing if the elbow brakes from these moving it up and now I don't think if they delayed it that would help because that is something that should of be looked at on day one. Like it's a action figure and you can't even move his arms up and down that F ing crazy come on now like REALLY!? Hot toys as a company should feel ashamed of them selfs but knowing hot toys not they don't these look at ED209.

This post well explains HT lately, minus the Marvel obsession. For potato, he does this. a lot. And has been for years apparently
How are you not banned yet? You're such a nuisance.
This forum boggles my mind a lot, that vegetable is one of the major reasons

Honestly thought broken arms isn't going to keep me from wanting the figure at all. He still looks amazing. And that's why I collect.

So my local seller decided to give me a brand new raiden figure. I saw many on this board has problem in the left elbow.
I'm from indonesia and I'm few of those who get this figure early. I'll search info how many collectors in my country will suffer from this defect
