It's hard to let myself get excited about this since I know its going to be SOOO long before it comes out. I pre-ordered the Mark V on Janurary 6th 2011 and it hasn't even shown up in HK yet. So not that I'm complaining, I can wait and so can my wallet. It's just a bit of a bummer that I won't be able to have this in my hands for probably something like a year, maybe longer.

Very cool!
Thanks for sharing.

I'm hoping it will be strong enough to hold the BD Mark III. I can't imagine it will be, but I'm hoping.

This is going to be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ but I NEED it :lol

I wonder if they'll revisit the BD Mark III for this....NAH.

So the more that I look at this beast the more I like it but one thing is starting to glare at me. Its not a big deal but Im not really liking the Stane head and body in the figure. It shows how much the figure is out of proportion to the armor. With the armor all closed up, You can't tell and it just looks amazing. With it open, it becomes pretty apparent that they have a figure with the legs cut off. I have a feeling that this mutha is going to stay all buttoned up on my shelf.

I would venture to guess 99% of us will keep it close most of the time but I'm glad they included it. Will be something nice we can show off once in a while and to be honest most people won't even think about that its a touch off scale.

i was just thinking.

I'll bet that we see this armor make a return of some sort ( re-designed, re-engineered) as an eventual hulkbuster suit.

Yeah.... No.

If you mean in the movie it wont happen because this is outdated technology bro. If it could not handle the Mark III what chance would it have against the Hulk?

If you mean as a figure it also wont happen because why would HT do a Hulk Buster? It's not (and chances are it will never be) in any of the movies.

Hopefully no more than $399 though I find that unlikely. The rumor going around is that it will be in the $450 mark :cuckoo:

Hey I'm all in for getting things a cheap a possible but honestly $450 doesn't sound overpriced for what your getting. But hey if it less than this great, I wil be giving the Rest to Hot toys anyway towards one of the other many figures on my wish list.

Actualy $450 for a figure is obscene, but HT has been training us well over the last few years, so now that it's here we accept it more readily. Just my opinion though. So many things coming this is gonna be hard to pass on though
