Wasn't there a placard that stated that the Obi, in fact, would be included with the Iron Monger?

I suspect they wouldn't have said that he was included if he was just an unremovable torso...but then again my brother and I found several SSCs typos in the many placards displayed at the con so who knows...

I'm just spit balling but that decision is HT not SS.

I realize who's decision it is but it's SSCs that's putting information out there right now. HTs has so far not said much about anything. They are leaving it up to SSCs...particularly at the con.

Had a similar conversation with Nam about the '89 Batman prices. Some SSCs employees said one thing and some said something else.

Actually, HT had people at comic-con setting up their stuff and placing the placards for their stuff. I know cause I saw them doing so. They're just giving an idea of what it might cost based on past items just like the rest of us. They're not giving you gospel of what it will cost.

Maybe its a torso and a true type.

I'm hoping this is the case if the torso is indeed not removable from the suit. A TT body with a suit added to this package would be perfect granted that the sculpt could be removed.

If a tru type figure cant fit in there, that means they made it a little smaller than 1/6 scale

Not necessarily. More likely they just can't have the legs function for articulation and also house a TT's legs.

Would love a Whisplash Mark ii. After seeing the iron Monger become a reality I have no doubt HT could pull that off if they chose to.

Hey I would welcome another Stane figure anytime and even pay the extra for it, but it just ain't going to happen. Regarding an Iron Whiplash, don't see it being to far behind the release of this big guy.
