> 10k? I just don't see that, but there's some cool stuff in the mix. Thanks for sharing.

I take it youve not been collecting long ? Joker

How much of those customs did you do yourself ? Duckgoo ?

The cathode sabre setup is superb Im attempting something similar myself, who did them for you ?

Also love the matrix customs

Noticed there was a discussion higher up on Finances and making money from your collections, my feeling is if your in it to get some money out of your collection then your in it for the wrong reason.

I dont really care about the resale value as such (although I do have to make space for new ones from time to time, well I do you dont by the looks of things :))

I buy a figure for my own pleasure not to turn it over, if I got into that I think it would take the edge out of it, I also buy to customise.

Awesome collection one of the best 1:6th Ive seen. Ever thought about diversifying ? Im mainly 1:6gth but recently bought some busts (lol 1:6th's all matrix) and some MR SW weapons

I guess Ive spent close to 4 - 5 grand on mine in the 3 years Ive been collecting.

BTW noticed you had a Custom Doc Oc

Just finished one myself (click my sig it goes to my customs)

some questions.
Where did the heads on your matrix customs come from?
Can we have some better pics of your Luke Jedi, and where did his custom head ceom from?
that is all :)

Wow. I can't believe you actually cut the heads off of the GG Matrix busts... especially Persephone. That had to be nerve-wracking sawing thru them!

Mooncat, I did the Cathode sabers myself. The discussion about finances was not about turning over my collection or using it to make money. The point of that discussion was when I am done with certain figures, I can usually ebay them for roughly the same amount of money that I paid or actually make money on them (e.g. Hot Toys Predators). So this 1/6 hobby makes better financial sense than investing in a home theater, car, or boat which depreciates >50% once purchased. This kinda justifies the expense in my case. In terms of diversifying, I have a kickass MR FX lightsaber collection (almost have every single one ever made except for Yoda's). I also own a high end stereo that costs more than my 1/6 collection.

hey guys i want to know how do you get the light sabers to light up for the sideshow 1/6 scale figure or are these pictures photoshoped, cause they look photo shop
