I would not be very pleased if someone decided to use this forum and the forum's logo for merchandise. From this post is sounds like you're planning on just going off and making them.

A shirt would be nice but that's not up to me. Another way to help out this site is to put up a donation link and we can donate a few bucks here and there.

No sir! I am not doing anything without your approval. I said I will pursue this further if I see at least 50 people voting yes. Pending approval means both yours and Sideshow's approval.
Believe me, I have no intent on spending my own money on something only to get shut down. I have no plans on a profit. Again though, I can't provide you with any details until I see a good bit of interest. I want to give you receipts of cost, and details about everything. You will not be held in the dark and neither will Sideshow. I will ask permission before anything is done. I plan on going about this right.

No offense buddy, but it's really not for you to move forward on it at all. If something were to be done it would have to something I initiated. I get that you're just trying to help, but this is an INCREDIBLY sensitive topic for me and for Sideshow.
