But yeah, Allen is in a class all his own. Disgusting. I only bring up Chaplin because I've heard people try to minimize the inappropriateness of the relationship by pretending the issue is the age difference. But as Eli pointed out, ultimately, age is irrelevant. There are far more disturbing elements to what Allen did.

My grandmother was married at 15 and had a child at 16. She had 5 kids by the time she was 20. My grandfather was 22. She never went past the 8th grade. She had kids till she was almost 50, my mother being one of the later ones.
