If you have him seated like he is in the new teaser pic, you absolutely can see the socks.

I don't usually get hung up on "screen accuracy", but the socks are pretty damn ugly. They took the original pattern and made it pastel.

They made the black, blue and the purple, pink. I mean pink? Really?

No, I was referring to the actual teaser photo (which I thought he was referring to), as you can't see the socks, there is too little light shining on his feet to accurately make out the colors of his socks.
