Admas is from Belgium?? I can't remember... Anyway he could send the sculptures via air mail or something, I don't think the distance is a big deal on this kind of job. The sculptor only has to do one sculpture and then Hot Toys can replicate it. (I think, I'm not sure abour the process).

We still probably have another 2 weeks or more until full reveal of the MK7 so joker could very well be revealed this coming week. But I think HT is trying to get al their Avengers stuff revealed so they an do a similar thing with TDKR.

Bane or Joker will be first, Catwoman then Batman is my guess. Those are the ones we know we're getting from HT. if they've decided to add more then my list/timing means nothing

No kidding. I thought the Thursday reveal of Black Widow might mean we'd get Joker today (were the other Avengers reveals on Thursday? I thought they were Fridays). They're really stretching this one out.

There is zero reason to expect the Joker before other previously teased figures. BW was teased first and we just got her revealed. Spider-man followed her, so he should be next. Only then would Joker be in line to be revealed. But of course HT isn't logical, so he could pop up any time. But it wouldn't be logical for us to demand to see the figure already before previously teased figures, despite knowing about this for more time than the others.

Yeah, I really don't know what to expect. Some figures get a tease and specs/pre-orders soon thereafter, some you have to wait eons for. Still waiting for that Bane, for instance. *broken record spiel*--best not to develop expectations in this regard.

Didn't you say he can spend up to an entire year on tweaking one sculpt? No matter how good a dude is, I would balk at that if I were a mainstream company trying to pump out products. Maybe buy existing sculpts from the guy to copy and reuse, but not commission him for too much new work.

He's worked for sideshow in the past and pumped out sculpts in 2 weeks or less too, so it's not like he can't do it, but I think it's not something he enjoys and takes the fun out of it for him

That means nothing. Bane was Teased WAYYYYY before ANY of the Avengers started popping up.
