HT DX05 - Indiana Jones - in-hand images

Hey, I just noticed something with my Indy hands. For most ungloved right hands, there is no join line between the thumb and the hand.

But in one case, being the ungloved right grip hand for the whip, there is a clear line visible between the base of the thumb and the hand that is not visible on the other hands.

Does everyone else have this, or is it just something weird with mine? Thanks!

Yeah, they're all like that as far as I have seen. I think it's some kind of modular mold they have done to insert straightened or bent fingers as needed. It does detract a bit and is a little lame.

Yeah, I have him in a pose holding the whip, and the only thing detracting from its awsomeness is the visible join line on the hand!! Everything else is great!! Oh well

I'd put my SS head on the body, haha. New sculpt is awesome, but eyes look like they have liner on them. Accesories are sick, but that body...

You don't need the body. With a quick neck mod any HT/ACI body will do.

And the SS pants are fine. The HT shoes only if you're really picky, otherwise the SS shoes are fine too. Most of the figure is pretty well covered.

I can understand it. It's not perfect, just prefer it to HT, but maybe seeing it in person could completely change my mind.

Biggest complaint about the SS heads are the facial hair.
