Sorry for the delay in updating this. I had to finished up some outstanding orders and ship some things out last week. I hope to get the final casting test fitted and snap some pics tommorow afternoon.

Thanks again,
Ryan

Well i've had my 209 boxed away in the attic pretty much over 2yrs now. Checked it on Sunday fearing the worst and discovered it's still perfect. STANDARD

Yes, but now that he's been exposed to the air... the rubber will start to break down :devil

Thats just cruel. I had to ship out a bunch of backlog stuff over the weekend and today, so now that those are out of the way I am back on this. Update soon I promise :wink1:

Thanks,
Ryan

YOU HAVE 20 SECONDS TO COMPLY!!!!!

:yess: :yess: :yess: :yess: :yess:

At last we have liftoff. Now all of those poor 209's out in the field can be minty fresh once again. I am very pleased with how this turned out. I was able to match the color and matte finish of the original pretty much spot on so it is just a matter of gluing the on replacment dome on after cleaning off the cracked rubber one.(Note there is a shiny spot in the middle on these pictures, that won't be there in the final castings. I will post some more updates when I get home tonight from a family function.

Thanks to everyone.
Ryan
