its even worse for those customers that are in Florida...because the Treebeards and Cave Trolls cant travel that far so we use them for our florida customers

tyler you are correct we do not charge a cancellation/restocking fee (technically these are not even permitted by a cc company and if you pushed the issue you as the consumer would win) what we do is send out a ringwraith on steed to come to your house and beat you up if you cancel an order

i wanted to give you a suggestion joe. when you set up your website, please give the customer the ability to manage an account for current and pre-orders and possibly a system that allows you to gather your paid items until you are ready to ship to save shipping costs. big bad toy store has the 'pile of loot' feature, and i think it's a GREAT thing to have the option to ship when you are ready. i recently had three orders come in at sideshow within a day of eachother, and although requested, they 'couldn't' combine shipping, so i had to pay three times over. no one wins there except fedex.

i was thinking the same. over $30 shipping for three items (two 12" figures and im mark 2 archive) hurts though.

I order most of my stuff from toy2 so I'm used to it. They're so damned reliable though that I just consider it part of the price.

Never drops with a debit. The CC hold drops though. You can't put a hold on PP or debit. That's why they warn you it will charge through.

the site does have the ability for you to login in and manage all of your orders...also i am toying with the idea of offering flat rate shipping...but if someone was to purchase 3 preorders and they all came in within a day of each other we would definetely hook them up with combined shipping...when I used to run another e-tailer back in the day we tried something similar to bbts' pile of loot but we found that sometimes stuff came up missing, had a better chance of getting damaged sitting in the warehouse and space is ALWAYS an issue...but i think everyone will be pleased with what we offer...

I was charged 32.00 shipping total for 4 Iron Man figs. I didn't find that too bad.

That beats any of the shipping from HK ... more like $32 (and more) per figure.

If I had been a patient a few more days, I could have ordered from the good ol' USA and saved a bunch on shipping.

i guess the more you buy, they combine shipping. $8 each is pretty good.
