Can't wait to get my Jack tomorrow, also makes me feel better to see Sideshow is only $6 less than Toys2, I might have been mad at my impatience if it were a drastic price difference.
Just ordered my HT Jack! Let's hope Will and Barbarosa look as good as him.
The shipping makes all the difference in the world. Shipping from Toys2 would have cost me $30 since they are in Canada!

Shipping for me was $20 and Sideshow'd be $10, so for $160 instead of $145 from Sideshow, I get it tomorrow instead of months from now, worth the cost in my book.

Yeah, shipping is was kills me when I order from Toys2.
I had to get the Endo from them because I didnt want to wait for that one, but shipping was $40.
Unless its something I just cant wait for, I'll stick with SS.

I have the Medicom Jack to tied me over though until they get here.
I spent two hours though the other night trying to get that scarf looking thing around his waist to look right. I finally got it but I cant remember how to do it now. I hope Hot Toys makes it look right in the factory.

Jason, bascially you want to wrap it around his waist and then leave behind enough excess so that you can have a long strand run from under his belt down to about the top of his boot, and have a little bit to fold and flap over his belt, and you can use his jacket to keep the flap portion down for a while and eventually it'll rest pretty well on it's own.

I think I finally got it but man that thing was tricky and their are really no good pictures that I could find to show me how it was tied. I have it put on in a way now looks good but it took me a while.
I cant wait for these figures though they look really good. Just hope they make at least about 15 of them from the movie.

Best way for me to get that sash to hang right was to soak it in water and distress the fabric a bit before wrapping it around the figure and doing the folds... It really makes it look a lot more realistic. 
Jason, try this site for images, there actually is a good deal of hi-res images to refer to out there. Just pick any of the Pirates films from the gallery options.

I thought of that Josh but with red and white I feared water turning it pink, did yours stay the way it was after water or was there some bleeding?

I wonder what will be in 6343 spot. Could it be Will. Is he a definite release.

Ordered Jack and Elizabeth. From what I've seen Jack look phenomenial and Elizabeth is an excellent likeness. Skipped Sao Feng because he wasn't enough of factor in the third film to warrant a purchase at this time. I can't wait until a Davy Jones is announced with HT's rubber skin technology I don't see how they couldn't do this.........by far my favorite character in the trilogy.

Mine stayed fine, no pink at all. I also mixed some brown paint into the water to give the sash a slight dirty look. It worked out rather well....

If there is another version of Sao I could see him being a Blister Exclusive like the Clubber Lang street version. I'm sure its either Will or Barbossa. I hope Will is done in his final look with the large scars across the chest and not just in the red shirt from the beginning of the film....
There is another Sao coming, it looks like it'll be the simpler outfit from the scene where he's taken Elizabeth away and well, if you've seen the movie you'll know and if you haven't I won't spoil anything.
I would imagine to match Elizabeth, will is done in his battle fatigues from the maelstrom fight, his Captain outfit has too little screen time and meaning in the film to warrant it, and since he'd just be a plastic body, no scar anyway.

I think the Elizabeth is awesome looking, but I'd have preferred the standard pirate outfit for her... I'm not as interested in this version.
I do hope they keep the line going and give us a Barbosa and Davy, those would And in all honesty I'd probably drop on some of the Dutchman crew and at least one pirate zombie.
