Wow, that does look amazing. I wish the figure came like that, although I would've liked the pants to have soild white stripes (like they were during the BAD and Dangerous tours, and were going to be in the This Is It tour) since for me that adds to the definitive Billie Jean look.

How do people do that? Is their some type of special program you can use to add animation to pictures?

Stop motion? You can do that with tons of editing software. Easy to look up. Very time consuming.

Yeah, you should definitely. I bought the Billie Jean outfit for $45 (from the same makers), but that HIStory World Tour outfit I think is far superior looking, and now it's surprisingly cheaper too!
