Decide to back out of buying this figure...I can see myself buying this figure after reading the ''MJ dead at 50'' thread...I dont want to own the same figure that some strange ,unbalanced people will have in their collection.Pass.

Wow, I had to see it to believe it, crazy stuff going on in there.

Still, shouldn't dissuade you from owning it if you wanted to. Thriller was a defining moment in '80s pop culture (and I'm sure you probably already own stuff the wackos do anyway!).

This was originally released as a Japanese exclusive a few months ago...
I almost get a hold of one... but it was too expensive...
I really want to get one of this... but won't be going to the Con until Thursday...
Commtech, do you think you can snag one for me, I can meet you on Thursday and pay you?

I ordered the Butcher and will be getting the Harbinger soon...
those IMO are the ones that look better of them all...
I know the older ones are more rare, but they're expensive as hell...
I'll have to customize a female zombie... I don't like the Babysitter at all...

I really like the 12" Thriller figure!!...I have already preordered one!!...but now I have one question for you guys (again something about its face sculpt)...

After watching the whole version of the Thriller video (haven't seen it for a long time) I noticed and think that Michael's face is skinnier than the figure's, don't you think?...of course is a great sculpt but I think I think it looks a little chubby (his chicks specially).

In the video Michael's cheekbones are very prominent...well, what do you think guys?

I agree but if Hot Toys were to change their minds and include the original sculpt i'd be just as happy. This figure is perfect either way imo.

Think I would marginally prefer the first proto, but this one looks ridiculously good anyway.

I really prefer this version over the earlier one in the Billy-Jean costume ,this is the Michael Jackson I remember seeing in concert and the great videos from the eighties.
