The giant Sandman base is an unnecessary added expense for me. I would never use that. Head sculpt is not so great, but doesn't really matter since I wouldn't display him unmasked anyway. Overall, I think I like the red and blue one better, but I might get this as well. I'll have to see the price first.

In true HT form, rather than give people the Tobey head with the classic suit, adding it to the symbiote version to push sales

I like the idea of the sandman base though, never going to do a figure of him so why not throw a bone

Wow - great head sculpt!! I wanted to get this guy over the red / blue suit initially.. but I'm glad I got the classic Spidey.

That base.. hmm. Good, but I don't need it. The great thing about the black suit though, is that you won't see any overlapping with the stitching on the webbed & non webbed areas - like on the red / blue suit, so it'll be virtually seamless in appearance which will look pretty cool..

So glad they went with normal hair style for Parker. And he still has that sort of 'possessed' expression. Sculpt looks perfect

Wow, I got get this. I'm hoping the price will be close to the previous Spiderman. Only difference here really is the extra headsculp, seeing that the base are somewhat similar in size.

I really like this. The sculpt looks really good too. I am betting the price comes in around $189.99. It really is no more content than the red/blue just the headsculpt.

The only thing that disappoints is that they added the Parker sculpt to this which equals out to a separated head and it looks great. The Red/Blue is great but that neck to mask "pouch" that is created when looking straight ahead is definitely the only downside to it.

I will be ordering this regardless because I love the suit but that enormous base does make me a little nervous. Hopefully it's completely hollow so it won't add too much to the cost. No way this will be a steal like the Red/Blue.

I would say it is taller, but not necessarily "bigger". It is a head with and extended arm which makes it appear bigger. I would hope the cost of this is not that much greater than the cost to make the clock tower base. $200 a pop for HT's these days is taking a toll on the bank statement.

I don't see this guy going into a detolf very easily either. Crouched spidey and 11"+ base would be over 16" tall. Looks like Spidey will have to go in front with base in back.
