HT making Symbiote Spider-Man

I knew they had to up the ante for this release and including a Tobey sculpt and that sweet Sandman base did just that. Otherwise this would almost be like a "repaint" and non-hardcore collectors would have been happy enough with red/blue Spidey, easily passing on this.

No way now that the Symbiote Spidey will be the same cost as the original now.
Not with the head sculpt and that SM base included as well.

I think Spiderman 2 figure is gonna come out, and he's gonna have the new, removable head and a traditional Maguire head. I see Symbiote with emo head.

Answer me this. Cause i can't think of it. Where in SM3 did we see Pete with the EMO head in Black costume? When he's tearing it off is the only scene that comes to mind. But, i don't really love the film to have the memory to remember if that was all it was in.

Well I certainly won't get it. The one piece suit with head is what makes the spidey figure for me.

A neck seam at the jaw line would spoil it.

But the emo Peter look is strongly associated with his transition over to the symbiote, Asian collectible companies love melodramatic characters, and I suspect HT anticipates doing several other Spidey figures down that line where a traditional Maguire would make more sense. So, that's really why I think this is gonna happen.

But angry Peter head is also a definite possibility.

Dear Lord, THANK YOU! At least I'm not the only one.
I really do think SM3 is under rated...people whine so much about, "emo parker and the dancing ruined the movie!", and that's fine, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that whole video as you posted is what, a few minutes of the entire film?

is it a perfect movie? No way, but ya know what? I like it, and I'm gonna kit-bash me a dancing emo parker, and we'll cry and dance and watch spider-man 3.

I despised Sandman. A horrible villian. Venom was alot better because I understood his motivations. Peter was just embarrasing to watch. But apart from that I found the movie to be entertaining at best. New Goblin was pretty badass.

I haaaaaated Sandman, they ruined Venom! and they turned peter into a weird dancing emo! I actually liked new goblin, but I always wished Peter had been in his spidey costume for that fight scene.

I like that Peter is in a suit, it makes the fight more personal and vicious when you can see both their faces. I love the shot where Peter is swinging out of that spire while shooting web bombs at Harry.
