I wonder if the open mouth head is a alternate head or an alternate figure. I want that head though. The helmet is always nice but the open mouth heads are always more fun 'cause they're more detailed.

It has removeable mandibles. One head.
Here's the full package. One head, 2 sets of mandibles (closed and roaring), bio helmet, removable, working med kit, human spine and skull, interchangeable hands and an environmental base.

This is your first? You're in for a treat, they're really fun figures. I only have P2 and Wolf because I'm very selective, but I love them both, nowhere near as much as I'll love the P1 though.

Exactly. I don't see them doing a Harrigan from 2, but there are more Lost Predators could be done. The Predator license is HT's most lucrative, I'd guess, and they'll keep milking it. Look at Machiko, never saw screen time but they made it and it succeeded. In a way I think they're being smart about the P1, I think they ensured getting lots of money for others before it, but release it in time enough to not piss off and drive folks away making them think it'd never come.

We at least need Blaine (Jesse ventura) also from Predator 1. His Mini Gun would be insane.
No, it's just in it's place on his back because it can be in it's proper location for the shot. Everything off laying on the ground is because it wouldn't go on the figure to show him the way they are.

If they are going to make more guys after Billy i would want them all, except Hawkins, i would want him skinned and on a tree or sumthing. 
I think Poncho is also pretty cool, if i remember correctly he has like a grenade launcher with like a drum clip along with his MP5
