Just another thing i actually forgot to post before - i thought they said they fixed how the gun mounted in the clip at the back of his belt, or am i dreaming things? It's exactly the same as the V1, and worse than ever, it's always falling out

You can probably wait that long, it was a few months before the prices started going up on ActionHQ.

Or contact Joe since his is lower priced and you can easily cancel if you need to. That is if he still has some available.

Yeah, but I'm curious why the prices are going up just from them... is it supply or demand or both...

Toys2 and such I don't see them hiking their prices up. Curious is all.

Sooooo, can someone please repost a link to the toy world thread where the modded second batch is clear and apparent?

So far I have only seen a comparison pic with a modded first batch one and the angles are too different to properly check, and a pic of the suits that look to be off of the body. Which is, again, unreliable as the rubber could just be sitting differently.

if you can't see it from the suit comparions alone...

No I can't because, as mentioned, the suits appear to be off of bodies, therefore the rubber may sit different and the pic is therefore unreliable.

It's a pretty noticeable difference...

And I also don't see any "angle" to the picture. Looks like the cam was pointed directly at and above both suits.

Maybe the changes were made, if they actually were, between the small original shipment that went to the HT store and other stores in Hong Kong, and the larger, second shipment that went out to such places as Toys2? The reason I suspect this may be the case is that my figure from Toys2 looks very simliar to the ones where the changes are alleged to have been done. I did notice a bit of a belly when it was in the box, but subsequent posing has made this disappear.

Regardless, this figure is amazing. The detail and the quality are phenomenal. I had thought my Tak bats was my best figure. Then I got a Jack Sparrow and it was, then the Joker v1 and now the TDK Bats. Absolutely brilliant.

uh, the suits themselves are different, clear as day. regardless of how they sit on their respective bodies, you can see how different they are regardless.

2 wave 1 TDK suits look the same off body, and compared to the wave 2 suit it's pretty obvious it's slimmer.

slimmer or not slimmer, i'm happy with my figure. it looks perfekt and even the beer belly is gone, after i've tried to push it back

i've tried to stick the cape into the hole to lay it flat, but after i tried and tried, it's not really necessary anymore. i think i stretched the thread which is sewed. so i'm really happy now

Have to agree with you on the Jack Sparrow(Cannibal King), i bought the last one from Toys2 last week and it looks so good.

Looking over the figure some more, if the TDK suit (rubber is a lot thicker) was as thin as the Begins suit and the chest armor a bit smaller it would totally get rid of the proportion issue. It has nothing to do with the TT body.
