hmm, after studying chris' head and serang's, I think Chris' actually looks better, looks more like Laurie to me, so I think I'm gonna get one off of eBay soon

I agree with you Mollins. serang's is absolutely terrific in terms of detail and craft, but for me it's at best a vague likeness to Hugh.

Still hope to have enough money for both though, since the extra accessories and such with serang's kit turned out really great.

That's funny, I think Serang's is spot-on. Howe's sculpt looks like Hugh Laurie in a generic sense, but to me it doesn't look like Hugh Laurie as House. That's basically my whole complaint with his sculpt. I think Serang captured the spirit of Hugh in the role.

I dunno, I think the eyes are off on serangs, they look just intense instead of having a sort of sadness to them.

They're both good sculpts, no doubt, but I prefer Chris'

I paid on March 15th, 2009 to be exact. I live in Missouri. If you are going to beat me up, I suggest that you don't start with my head. It makes everything all fuzzy.

Weren't you angry when Chris said he shipped them back in May and they never came? Or how about when they started showing up on eBay before everyone got one? I think there has been plenty to be angry about before now.

I mean, I can respect the fact that you are pissed. If you want, I can send you the one I got. I still promised Drizzle that I would buy his because Chris refuses to refund him. That makes me angry at Chris, but I don't want to see Drizzle screwed when Chris promised refunds if anyone was unhappy with the product.

I just want to make sure your anger is pointed in the right direction. I can see the apologists lining up now. "Now look what that prick collector49 started. He just had to tell everyone he got what he paid for."

Well, nobody has the Maximus armor yet.

Look at it positively. At least its obviously cast and being sent out. So those that ordered House can take some comfort that it will be delivered relatively soon. I don't think there's anything sinister here - I think Chris has shown that as talented an artist he may be, organisation ain't his forte.

I'm only paying once its chris announces its actually finished. Too big an investment in one go there.

Possiblely getting my House soon is good news
