Yeah, but he does need to be accountable. Ignoring emails and not giving updates/upkeeping communications when he doesn't deliver on promises is all this needs, but he's still not really doing that. When I saw the House sculpt and emailed him for a refund, I was ignored. Does that really seem fair? I don't think you should categorize this as ranting, you're being a bit too much of an apologist for someone who isn't delivering. All most people want is to be kept in the loop, which I think is very fair.
Don't accuse me of being an apologist! I'm a realist. My point is if all these pages of of complaints aren't going to get his attention, if he isn't even on the computer or reading the forum thread (which is most likely the case). These are rants "I paid for my head sculpt and having gotten it yet", "I haven't heard from Chris yet", "When are we going to get an update". Bottom-line, we ordered head sculpts from a guy who'd rather be working in the studio than reading threads and obviously doesn't even spend much time on the computer. The first page or 2 would have got his attention, if he was on the computer or interested in responding. At this point you're only beating a dead horse.
