That's just it. Out of all the versions available this is the one to have. Not only is it an actual Hulk incarnation (Red Hulk is another character altogether) but it is the most collectible one and with the better hair.

It could be argued that the grey paint and shading on the sculpt could come out better than the green version did. I guess we'll see.

yeah judging by the pics, the paint and shading look better than the green.

Also it doesn't take much to fix green hulks hair.:monkey3

I decided to hold off on this one, but it was definitely tempting. I'm a Grey Hulk PF owner, so that helped to lessen the temptation. But I've got to admit that I like the look of this one. And I think it'll look THAT much better in person. That's how I felt with the Green comiquette, anyway.

Congrats to all who snagged one. :rock

^^^ Maestro is still top of the top, GW. All are amazing, but Maestro is such an exceptional custom. That's hard to beat, IMO.

:lecture:goodpost: I feel the same way, I hate how some people have no idea about the gray hulk. whenever people see some of my hulks they always ask why hes gray.

The green would be a true classic if done in this shade of green and with this hair. I know Sideshow loves Olivetti, but I see his style as a way to miss opportunities to do something timeless for the sake of artistic style.

:goodpost: yep me too! not a fan of his art style. This one is so nice!

I liked Olivetti's Hulk and Punisher runs at Marvel. The art was different and unique. Reminds me a little bit of Jae Lee style where each page was a fricking awesome painting! And Sideshow's Olivetti Punisher comiquette is incredible. So not sure where the negativity for Olivetti is coming from.

Olivetti ROCKS! I love all the statues released in the Olivetti line. I mean, are you kidding me? Spidey, Hulk, Venom, Carnage, Punisher, and Skaar are great statues. I know we have to give credit to the Gore group as well for those phenomenal sculpts. However, let's not forget these are all Olivetti pieces. I can't wait for the next one. Apocalypse should look insanely good.

He did skaar? Ok that one I do like along with the gray and red hulks. The green hulk no way. The rest I'm not a big fan of. Nothing wrong with them. It's just not my style.

Really? Skaar is the only one you like? The Spidey Com is also an Olivetti piece. If I remember correctly, you have been admiring that statue for quite awhile. As far as red and gray Hulk, they are both based off the green one. Everything is basically identical except for the hair and paint.

IMHO, the Olivetti line is the best in the Marvel line. There isn't anything better. The Jim Lee X-MEN line can't hold a candle to Olivetti's. Olivetti's line is so much more dynamic and has the strongest overall sculpts. Every piece has sold out. Look at how much some of those pieces are poing for in the aftermarket. Venom, Spidey, and Skaar alone will set anyone back some major dollars. The best part about it is that there is more to come. I have no doubt Apocalypse will rock the house.

Ok spidey is good too, but even if I like Jim lee much better SS does not like to make statues from his art. So no use in comparing. I guess hopefully someday we will get some Jim lee statues or many :) it's not only Jim lee I like, but all image style art base things. As for olivetti I'm still not a big fan of his, but I will buy some of his statues to get a certain character in my collection. I do admit some looks pretty cool for a statue and sure it will sell out etc. But if I had a choice I would much prefer the other styles. It's because that's the art I liked in the 90s.
