I would be excited about this if A) I didn't think the new hulk movie was going to suck. and B) Lou hadn't bee a dick to my wife at Dragon Con last year. She wanted him to sign one of her Hulk DVD's and he told her he didn't want to because it wasn't one of his personal 8x10's which he was charging $20 to sign. He finally relented and agreed to sign it, if she paid twice as much for it than a regular autograph. It wasn't that we mind paying for an autograph it's just that he was being such a jerk and jacking up his price, cuz it wasn't his publicity shot.
A reason why I never really cared to meet any athlete or actor I like in person. Seems like most of the times they never live up to your expectations.
Doesn't Lou have a speech impediment? At least it sounded that way on King of Queens......its a great throwback to the TV Series including Lou but not sure if I'd want his voice in The Hulk....I'll wait and see though.

They originally just offered him a cameo in the film, and the clip where he appears is a nice one, a passing-of-the-torch between Ferrigno and Norton. Lou looks great, by the way. But onstage at the New York Comic-Con, they actually offered Lou a chance to voice the Hulk in a few scenes, and he rose to the occasion. Turns out, he’s been working on his version of a Hulk voice for a while, and since he never got to speak on the TV show, it’s something he’s been itching to do. In the final film, Lou’s work is combined with the work of Dave Farmer, who did the vocalizations for Peter Jackson’s KING KONG. He doesn’t say much, but the few lines he delivers really pay off. Louis talks about how many Easter eggs there are in the film this time, how they’ve layered in references to the show, and the comics, and how some of them are only for the most hardcore obsessive fans.

I have to disagree on this one, I know a lot of actors and athletes, and the thing is, they are mostly pretty cool, if you talk to them in the right setting. (but there are some that are just complete jerks, though.)
Yeah, I'm sure most are ok but we only seem to hear about the jerks. I got Tiger Woods, Jim Valvano and Dick Vitale in person and Jim and Dick were cool as hell but Tiger seemed a bit put out (of course I got his while he was sitting in the cart after a round at the NCAA tournament so maybe he was just a bit tired.)
Did you pay for the autograph?... At that point (I don't care who it would be) if he's a jerk then treat him as one and walk.
