You know what's ridiculous? I just noticed a restaurant that opened here called Pedro O'Hara's. American-Mexican-Irish cuisine. No joke.

My daycare lady's Mexican husband (born and raised in Mexico) has Irish ancestry. His last name is Moran. Not so sure about a Mexican-Irish restaurant, though.

I understand it is not the same since the U.S. Naval base closed, but one look at Magsaysay BLVD in Olongapo in the Philippine Islands when that base was open and you will know it is.

It's hops. He brewed his own beer but didn't quite get the concept and added the hops after the brewing process and during the storage stage.
