Glad I wasn't your buddy back in 98. You must have been body slamming people all night. I don't know of too many people who have made it into that club.

We would do that challenge in colllege all the time and only two of us made it every time(same two guys).

Although those were the days in the dorms of playing Golden Eye on N64 where you had to take a shot every time you went down in that game. Man those were the days. :monkey2

N64 huh?...Back in the day for us, the console of choice in the dorms was the Super Nintendo, and Street Fighter II was the game everyone was playing. Those were the days.

I had all those as well, I wasn't drinking age/in college yet whenever those consoles were out (SNES, Gamecube, PS1)... :monkey3 I never had the N64 the next door troops loved Golden Eye :lol and I did as well as a drinking game. :lol

Yah, I'm getting up there in age, but still a kid at heart :wink1:

Military drinking is more hard-core than college drinking. Discuss.

:lol

:lectureTru dat! I get a kick out of college guys who brag about their bear bongs and other sophmoric romper room drinking games. I remember having to learn to administer insulin injections to Marines because they were diabetic and didn't give a damn when they got around alcohol. I used to get ill because I saw my buddies taking straight drinks of everclear out of the bottle in their right hand and chasing them with straight drinks of Jack Daniels from the bottles in their lefthands by the campfires on Oahu's North Shore beaches.

Few people on Earth can match their drinking stories to some of the tamest ones from Magsaysay Blvd in Olongopo, PI. Man...sometimes I wonder how people survive that ____.

I remember on the way to Desert Storm, we stopped in Hawaii. One of the Sergeants from my shop was independantly wealthy and he footed the tab for an all-nighter for about a dozen Marines. They ended up carrying me back to the ship and when I woke up...we were under way and I was so hung over that the rocking of the ship had me worshipping the stainless steel god for an hour...and the contents of that toilet (and the ones around it) were constantly splashing out and gathering in the containment area that I was kneeling in. Then I hid to sleep off the hangover and the entire ship looked for me until they were just about to turn the ship around to search for me in the drink (which would have ended my career as a Marine)...and I was the substance abuse NCO for my batallion.

Maybe in the Navy? I do drink hardcore, but it doesn't mean I do stupid things that college-goers are known for. That's just me though, there are plenty of stupid goings on involving alcohol in the military!

Can't wait to try the new Honey Jack Daniels tomorrow night run over a hooker!

Don't bother. I am a hard core Wild Turkey drinker and WT came out with a "Honey" version...it was just a honey/WT flavored liquer with like a 30 proof alcohol content...weak.

Are you hitting the 40 mark? :monkey3 :1-1:

Still a few years away, but almost there. :monkey2 Time is flying, especially as you get older. So enjoy your youth while it lasts! :wink1:

Now just hold the ____ on for a minute. I am 46 and I have a wife who will swear you can hardly tell me from a 12-year-old.:):)

Reminds me of times when I was a very young Marine and we would run short of money as payday grew close...so some of us would get together and buy Night Train and Miller lite and mix them in a bucket and drink that...

that ____ is too manly even for me, now.:)

I've had both of those beverages... all I can say is the thought of combining them... :sick
