"I got my Faramir" thread! Woohoo!!!

Toy Fair could not come soon enough--I need more Faramir pics!!!

Oh, and does anybody wanna try making me a new signature using the pics we do have? I like mine, but I'm kind of done with the Civil War thing and want something a little more specific to Faramir--maybe using the same font but with my own quote instead of the Civil War thing. I would, but I'm so wretchedly awful with computers I wouldn't even know where to start. I would like something really classy though that I could use for a while.

Now that I'm at it, a new avatar with a movie still of Faramir would be great too. I need to update myself, I get bored easily. Any help can be PM'd to me, and I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Dang....Sideshow really outdid themselves on the costuming. Both look fabulous. Faramir actally looks dead on in Josh's pic. I hope we can see some better pics of Boromir though.

Agreed, and having just received my Legolas exclusive last week, which is a bloody awesome figure, I can't wait for these now too!...and the next 1/6 LOTR announcements!

Not thrilled with boromir's hair, it looks like the plastic hair you tack on to those wooden figures with the round heads, you know the kind you played with when you were a little kid. Faramir is spot on.

I don't think the flash is helping out much on that. It makes Boromir look as white as a ghost.

These pictures of the sons of Denethor look terrific! Faramir better have a lighter beard than Aragorn, though. I actually prefer the paler complexion on Boromir, as I thought the pre-order pictures looked a little red and rosy, but this looks much more natural. I think it is getting hard to make comparisons about skin tone given how much they did to alter the coloration in the LOTR films!

If he comes looking like that I will be more thrilled than you guys can possibly imagine!!! I can't get over this--I've never been this excited about any toy ever, even as a kid! But, why is his cape brown when it ought to be green? I hope they fix that, he has much more green in his attire than I'm seeing. Hmm. Oh well, at least the sculpt is looking WAY better than the first pics we saw, which were good anyways. Wow, wow wow wow!!!
