However I have found it next to impossible to stop drinking cokes, alcohol and stop smoking cigarettes.

I have no problem not drinking alcohol or cokes. I used to drink a lot of coke but was able to stop fairly easily. I may drink a coke once in a while, but I sure as hell don't need one. Same goes for alcohol. I am too cheap to smoke.
