I'm really glad you got refunded, and it really sucks that you had to pay the shipping fee. I think that if sellers sell you something and it is not as stated, they should have to eat the shipping charges! I once had to pay 16.00 to return a phone because it wasn't new like stated. That was really unfair for me (and anyone else who buys something falsely listed) to have to spend that extra moola.

Trouble is, all he has to do is register with a different name, like his wife's and a different credit card and he's back in business.

Make sure you list his SN though in the bad eBay seller's thread just in case.
