Ahh ok,

What part was damaged during shipping? THis is why none of us shouldever buy anything like this from an e-bay or amazon store..Buy straight from sideshow or take the risk of spending $2,000 on a broken item without any way for sideshow to fix it since you are not the original purchaser.

As far as I know his arm is broken cleanly at the shoulders!!

Wow. I'm sorry to hear that. At least, he has some recourse with Sideshow and I'm sure he'll get a worthy replacement.

I canceled mine because the AD got it early along with the Sideshow folks (told me I could have mine drop shipped from SSC in 2 Days) and I didn't have the funds. Although hearing about a break maybe it was for the best to get the initial hiccups out of the way first.

In the end he just has to remember that its just a statue. At least he will get another. All he needs to think about is how lucky he is and remember all those Haitian's out there who have nothing to their names as their homes are destroyed and loved ones lost. It'll put this in perspective real quick and he won't be heartbroken anymore. Perhaps it is a good thing this occurred on the first couple they shipped out. Perhaps the packaging needs to be improved so this doesn't happen again.
