So whats the significance of this armor?
MARK XLIX - HEART BREAKER v.02
• Having his armor badly damaged in his battle with the MANDARIN, TONY STARK modifies and upgrades his HEART BREAKER ARMOR into its second version. Equipped with more ARC REACTORS to increase its output and offensive capability, this is the ULTIMATE IRON MAN.
• More cohesive version of the Heart Breaker armor. Color palette based off the initial Ultimate Iron Man armor.
So yes it does take after the Ultimate Iron Man armor.
Really hoping the make it a MMS figure.

I thought it was the "God Killer" armor seen below:
But it doesn't match.
It's not the 42 because in this screencap you can see the shoulder armor has spikes on the edge and the arm has gold lines running through it.

But yes it seems to have that crease in on the helmet. No idea what that armor is. That shoulder armor and the gold lines running around the arm is something we haven't seen.
nice find there guys, that armor looks great too, i think it is the "godkiller" armor..i hope the figures/pps doesn't look great so that i won't PO any of em 
Yup, my guess would be that one with some color adjustments to it.Hyper-velocity/Stealth
The shoulder armor and the helmet cut match.
Hopefully, though I also hope we see some more unarmored people besides just Tony.

I wouldn't doubt that most armors will be in the PPS line. Back to whe Hot Toys said "Are you expecting a multitude of BRAND NEW armor designs in the upcoming Iron Man 3 movie? Possibly “42” different designs?
All these will be unveiled in end April during movie launch!

Its time for them to make Pepper if she has an armor they should make her like the MMS Tony they already announced, I have the feeling that all the figures will come with tons of accessories
