The outfit on Plo is virtually identical to Mace's outfit...just a different color. Good heavens I hope Sideshow isn't starting to recycle and rehash parts of their figures already!!!!!!

Yeah, if they don't fix his shirt or make one that is film-accurate (as they mostly do for so many of these) I'm Outtie on this.

Mace Koon?

I don't know Josh, SSC has made most if not all their previous outfits film-accurate so I trust them to come through. I just don't know what the prod sample is yet, if it is indeed this, not so sure I'm gonna pick him up.

He had a very distinctive V shirt with border and I'm not seeing it... yet...

Well, I'd have to go check my SW Chronicles book to see if it's accurate to what he actually wore. Then I would have to say it is what he wore underneath on screen.

Cool, they did do a great job with that elaborate mask...

In all honesty, if you want it to look "film accurate", just take the tabbards off and find a way to keep the outter tunic open a bit wider. Other then that I see nothing actually "off" from what we have seen on screen.

I guess im just getting frazzled from all the complaints that Plo isnt film accurate and rehashing Mace's outfit because we NEVER canonnically saw what was under the robe. Just because it is on merchandise doesn't mean it's right. How long was it stated on/in merchandise that Obi Wan and Owen were brothers?

Yeah, that's what I was saying back when it came out. We have no idea because we never saw.

Actually, Plo Koon's under tunics were designed to look like the production sketches of the character from the Art Of ROTS book. It wasn't a cheap out, it was a way to give collectors a costume that could work with the exclusive Saber gauntlet...

Right which is like one of the only "official" places we see what his robes might have looked like.

So the Art of ROTS book was a more important reference for SSC than the two previous MOVIES??

Ah...just looked at that....well, that explains it I guess...

Hey Dave, any chance you could post some nice clear shots of the new Aliens Warrior and Powerloader... these seem to be pretty scarce :monkey2

Could you provide a CLEAR capture from the movies of under tunics?
