Why would it have to be another sculpt? Most people who add hats just chop the top and add the hat. Much like JOhnny did with his Rocky sculpt and Iminime already did with Blondie!

The way iminime works they would need to cast all of the copies of the hatless sculpt first.... THEN the master would altered. THis would take quite a while. PLUS, there's no way of knowing how many casts they would need BEFORE altering the original. This is how Blondie was done... and also why its so limited.

Just a thought, but what if you offered a DX upgrade later on? I.e. Once the initial run was finished, folks who purchased the full set paid, say, $175-200 for the head and coat.

That would be a great idea too. If it can't be done all at once I'd happily take it in a few months. IDK, the hatted sculpt and coat make a lot of sense to me and would really set this fig off IMO. If enough people show interest maybe it could be considered as an upgrade down the road

There's a bunch coming up... so by default they will be staggered. I think also the proliferation of projects will mean that they sell out much slower allowing collectors to 'catch-up'

That makes me happy. Just out of curiosity, what kind of numbers are we looking at here (I know that you guys aren't *officially* doing numbers, anymore, but will there be a larger production run than Blondie?)? After seeing how The Cowboy turned out (and seeing how these two are coming along), they are a must.

I hope they make a bigger run than the cowboy.

Or I'm thinking, they can open the pre order and then keep it open for 1-2 months and then closed it. Not necessary have to make a limited number of figures. There's no point of doing for example 100 figures if they won't number them in CoA anymore.

Because only so many people bought Cowboys I wonder if there will be demand that exceeds that number for the others?

I'm contemplating trying to convince Denny to offer a complete collection set including all three in very limited number (~10) to accommodate those who want all three but missed out on cowboy offering All three is a big enough committement that I don't think regular cowboy owners will mind. Gotta look into it to see if it's even possible (enough remaining casts etc)

I think a lot of people would want the whole set, maybe even the ones with Clint already. would it be on a first come first serve basis or its not what you know but who you know sort of thing ?

As long as I get the 3 figs some how I'm happy, The sculpts for Tuco & Angel eyes are unbelievably good,

I have a hard time imagining folks wanting these figures without a corresponding Blondie. And not everyone who owns a Blondie will want the full trio. Having said that, folks who missed out on the Trevor Blondie may have their own 'bashed one that they could use with Iminime Tuco and Angel Eyes. But in any case, I don't think you're going to have near the level of interest in these that you had with Iminime's Blondie.

I would be interested in a cowboy if denny doesn't another run, Wake. Your pictures sold me. But then again, interests mean nothing. Actual sales speak the truth. If it's possible maybe Denny can guarantee purchases by locking in a deposit or something?

A lot of people missed out on Blondie, I reckon. Producing 10 more or so wouldn't come close to matching demand, though.

But going that route might open up a can of worms that could be detrimental to Iminime sales in the longer run. . .
