if you couldnt get the dx, and bought an extra hatted head, why not cut of the hat and sculpt hair onto the head/repaint?....make your own dx, if your brave...lol

Well, Denny shipped out my neck scarf; now to find myself a neck connector for the DX sculpt. If anyone has one they could part with, or a link to some for sale (I couldn't seem to find one on the websites; I'm probably just looking in the wrong places, though), I'd be much obliged.

So batfan, you didn't order a DX but got a DX sculpt, right? I guess that means the true DX sculpt edition size is higher than 35. Anyone in the know aware of the actual number produced? Seems like this could have happened for others, as well. Just curious.

Check Toy Anxiety too. Search "neck joint." They'll state what type of body a connector came from. You may need to source a few different ones to match the body you've got. The ball size varies.

Some of those that look right can actually be a bit loose. Just a heads up. If it is though, you can use a bit of hot glue or clear nail polish on the joint to make it fit a bit tighter.

I may try to get my hands on an outfit set one of these days, but I've got too much stuff on the plate for right now, so it'll be alternated with the regular HS for another display option, for the immediate future (and, realistically, forever).

Ah, well that's a bummer. I thought you actually got one just because you were so obviously a big fan and missed out. As for an outfit, folks were saying something close can be bashed for a much lower price than buying the stock Iminime one. There is a thread on Blondie customs you can check out.
