Any standard Hot Toys neck plug will work. Just do a quick ebay search for them. And welcome to the board! and also congrats on getting the Trevor sculpt, its a massive improvement on RM's.

This is the first figure I've owned with an alternate head, and, as such, I was wondering what the best method for removing the reg head is, as it's fixed to the neck post rather tightly, and I don't want to force or break anything.

You need a new neck adapter! Dont force the current one. It's likely glued in place. You can get a HT neck adapter at sites like toyanxiety.com, blackopstoys.com or ebay for pretty cheap.

Yeah, I hope no one tried to remove the regular head from the adapter, as Denny said previously they usually glue the heads in place.
