Yup, there were issues with casting the DX sculpt, so that is actually still taking place (scheduled to be completed by the end of next week). Give a week or so to get it back to Trevor, and then at least a month to have him revise and send it back. Tailoring for the proto will take place in the meantime, once casting of the DX is completed.

However since this thread is bumped, there is a bit of news...casting of the DX sculpt has officially been completed, and the sculpt is definitely on its way back to Trevor! He's very anxious to give Clint his hat, so I don't think we'll be waiting long for pics. Tailoring will begin very soon...
