Thank you guys and I am so sorry who failed to order.

The system is very simple, the he quantity is small, but there are many more people tried to order at the same time at 9:00am, some was able to finish their order to check out, some coundn't finish it because some people got through fast, then the system reset the cart maybe)
Most of people who got it tried exactly 9 AM and many times I suppose. ^^

There is general opening for preorder next week, I will send out a news letter to all members next week.
Please do not upset too much, it's a kind of luck and depends on faster online server I think.

There were 35 DX's available. VIPs got 20, so 15 more will go up whenever the general releases go up.

I did get to the checkout portion 4 out of my 7 attempts, but each time I went to fill out the second page with the address, it kept telling me that I needed to spen more than $1. I looked at the cart and it said that there was one item in there and I couldn't understand how it wasn't registering the amount.

I did get to the checkout portion 4 out of my 7 attempts, but each time I went to fill out the second page with the address, it kept telling me that I needed to spen more than $1.

Hrm, that happened to me with Rainman's site before. In that case, I had to log out, place the item in my basket, then log in and order. Made no sense to me, but another boardie here suggested it and it worked. I don't think that's the same issue with Denny's system today though. Rainman's problem was that this happened if you had any available store credit apparently.

Denny is it possible to open the bandwidth a bit more for next weeks ordering? Maybe have more bandwidth to handle the traffic better for next weeks rush!

I guess it is "fair" in the sense that lots of members had the same problem. But in my opinion, it would be most fair if those who tried to check out first were able to check out first. I hope you can fix this problem for the future releases Denny. The system as it is now sounds arbitrary and random, and that is not good for the collectors in my opinion.

For VIP, if I may say tip, you'd better to place the normal set in case you miss all next time.

I updated 25pcs of normal set for VIP, if you are lucky to get DX at general opening day, then you could cancel the normal set.
Because the normal set will be quickly sold out as well when the time come.
