I disagree.
I think Dumbledore, Daenerys, and Thorin's necks are looking a little thin.
Pffft! Nah brah, they’re perfect!
Go to the eye doctor brah, it’s time for that check up!

A great edit! The symbol looked off in the early prototype as it was just too small overall. Recently the newer version just didn't look as square as it should. The same in your edit. I played around with your image to see where I thought it could be off. These images of him aren't taken using the same lens so it couldn't be the same but it might highlight where adjustments could be made.
This is your edit laid over the scan using the head as a datum point.

This is your edit cut from mid-neck to foot. Stretched vertically 2% and then pasted on the scan.

This is the same picture again but with the area from under the symbol to the mid-groin area, enlarged by 1% vertically and horizontally (better than nothing ).

I've no idea if this is of any use. This is roughly how I got this conclusion.

Thank you guys. But now the other things that can be improved are very minor. We can give them a 100 numbered list and it will become worse because now we are just looking at a. 1:1 copy pasted photo on their figure.my assumption is they aren’t going to make any of these tweaks. A lot of these things were suggested after the first proto pics but the changes they made were to the sculpt and size of the S mainly. We should honestly be happy they even made those changes because that sculpt update was significant. If they didn’t make these tweaks in the first revision I don’t know why they would make them in the second revision. A lot of the things being asked are very tiny and not abundantly clear, things like “make the headsculpt better” are clear but other things like “make the suit darker” everyone doesn’t agree with. The main thing that is easy to communicate is that the suit isnt shiny enough and the muscles aren’t pronounced enough, but that was thoroughly suggested after the first prototype and didn’t get fixed. I think most likely you can’t get 1/6 material to behave the way the screen used material worked. I know hot toys tried this but I don’t think it looks close to screen accurate. Modding via repaint will most likely be the only answer similar to the reference posts made previously.
I can confirm having removed the suit on a number of the JL Superman figures that there is no shading on them, and all the contouring and highlights are from the chrome body underneath. Are we sure the hot toys figure doesn't have paint or shadowing on the suit material itself and the shiny muscle definition is only showing through from the metallic body underneath?
Somebody pointed out that Inart posted a follow up yesterday. Looks like we're **** out of luck.

"Discuss what changes can be made"
"Can't promise"
"If not for this, for future figures"
Sounds like they're locked in with this figure and ready to move forward with the next. For a company that prides themselves on taking in feedback, it sure doesn't sound like a company prepared, or equipped to handle it.
Makes you wonder. Somebody pointed out they may have purposely shrunk down the S, so they could enlarge it and claim it as a response to the community.
I'm actually one of those people, after all the references and edits compiled, I'm feeling even less eager about that prototype.
Bummer if they can't do anything at all. If that's the case, then don't fault me for losing faith in the company. Still, it can't hurt to message them about it. Hopefully if there's a big enough push, it could only help our chances.

They can’t promise but they will still take it to consideration. That’s all we can do. And the more people email or message them the more likely they will do it. They’re not saying the prototype is final.Somebody pointed out that Inart posted a follow up yesterday. Looks like we're **** out of luck.

Your going to find out when the figure comes out and you don't get yours and you yellIs this gundamit sure reliable do we know?
I’ve had orders from them and I’ve waited at most 2 months after I started noticing influencers getting theirs. Think of them like Australian BBTS. I’m fine with the wait if it saves me $70.Sugo toys seems to be the cheapest... but I hear they take months to get their stock? Like how many months? I can wait 1-2 months longer for their price.
There is nothing "natural" with Superman just in general. Current figure looks good yes but his body looks as a casual gym dude who likes to skip leg day. They don't need to go overboard like HT but definitely needs some changes.I may be in the minority but I hope InArt doesn't change too much to the prototype, especially the musculature and coloring.
I understand the added musculature would bridge the figure that much closer to being screen accurate but, as is, the figure looks incredibly natural. I'm afraid if more musculature is added, it will cross over into "action figure" territory.
The coloring doesn't bother me that much either. It doesn't look too far off to the scene in Africa.
This looks like a person in a suit, more so than the majority of 1/6 renditions of him. It doesn't look like an over musculature or overly painted action figure. There is nothing "natural" with Superman just in general. It looks good as a human being yes, but they aren’t modeling a random person. They’re doing Henry Cavill’s specific musculature. We definitely do not want another HT situation, but look at the references again mainly the legs need some bulking. It looks good right now but I know they can do better.I may be in the minority but I hope InArt doesn't change too much to the prototype, especially the musculature and coloring.

Man this ****'s getting more criticism than the $3K JND crap. They didn't even attempt to replicate the actual suit and the body sculpt looks like a cartoon.
Would it be Henry Cavill's specific musculature or is it Superman's suit specific musculature? I understand the edits that you've done, which are absolutely phenomenal, have added the musculature that the suit came with but the disappearance of them have given it a more natural look to the body.
