I don't know. Sometimes they are crappy with their packaging and boxes arrive beaten up and affects the contents especially with bigger items. Those plastic corners can only do so much. Getting replacement parts sometimes has been a hassle as well. Sure they offer points back but I don't find it in equivalent value when the item is busted and they're not willing to further push to get it replaced or fixed.
Interesting 🤔 I have heard of some ppl getting their boxes pretty severely beat up but thankfully that’s not something I’ve experienced. I wonder how much of a norm that is? I just got TransArt Megatron in whose box is almost the size of the DX08 box and it came just fine.

As far as the CS goes, they’ve usually been pretty willing to attempt to get me replacement parts and only offer points when they can’t get them. Definitely sucks when they can’t and you’re stuck with a busted figure, though. But, I believe they have a system where you can get a refund and they relist the item as a “parts not working USA only” (or whatever county) item on their site. Not the best way to get money back, but it’s something. They’ve always been really helpful for me

For overseas orders, who has the best packaging so far? I'm familiar with just Sideshow, Bbts, Entertainmentearth (all US based) and Kghobby so far.

Also, thinking about giving Sugo a try. Anyone knows if they are good to do business with?
I second Sugo. They are really solid. I just got Aragorn from them.

Man 😂😂 hahaha ok gotta check them out now. Thanks a lot :)

Btw how's their CS?
Both Sugo and Popcultcha have really good CS. Popcultcha went through a rough patch a couple of years ago but have improved dramatically.

SST’s Routhman was modded with HT Justice league Batman body. The stock was just…awful.

Still need to get longer ankle pegs for him, but this is what he would look like with Cavillman and BA.

Just a reminder to everyone that’s concerned with height/scale accuracy:

Never EVER use HT as some metric or ‘bible’. They never get their own **** right either, with them ‘refreshing’ the scale every 5 years or so.

If someone doesn’t like InArt’s Cavillman because it doesn’t fit into their collection at this point in their life…cool. Completely understandable.

But to suggest this looks better than IA’s…

STRONGLY DISAGREE.

Anyway, apologies for the crappy pics.

This figure is like CW Ahsoka. You gotta give him a side eye or something. He looks very off with his eyes straight forward imo.
For me, eyes can be straight on but they need to be positioned higher up with some white (sclera) showing underneath. Every figure looks derpy as heck if they don’t have that bit of white showing.

This. SERS doesn't work well when the eyes are looking head on for ANY sculpt. It just looks goofy and it isn't normal. You at least need a bit of the top portion of the pupil to be covered by the upper eyelid.

How's the magnets for the base? Seem safe?

I haven’t tried the magnets yet on any of the three InArt figures I now own (Gandalf, Aragorn, and Superman). I use standard black oval crotchbrabber stands for all my figures. They’re unobtrusive and keep the focus on the figure. I use them also because of limited display space. Also to keep them all at the same height. And also because I don’t trust the magnets!

My thoughts as well. I'm curious but no way I'll trust them lol

Yeah, that reselling busted figures in order to get your money back is ridiculous. Who is willing to buy those for almost at retail?

Yea it's an odd concept, but it must work for them if they keep doing it. I often wonder the same thing but they appear to often sell the busted figures. Might be from customizers or ppl who just want to have spare parts in case something happens to their figure.

Got mine in yesterday.

Is it just me that cant get the angry head on the post? Feels like the hole is too small for the plug.
Id try to wiggle it, that sculpt can fit the hot toys neck perfectly, so now that is now my evil superman on the knightmare side of the display.

I love t

It should fit nicely. I have that sculpt on the ht 2.0 and it fits the neck ( without peg and rods the giraffe look) and now it’s my knightmare Superman.
